Medicare drug premium won't increase next year

Amid all the economic worry, here's one piece of good news. Thanks to the Affordable Care Act, more and more seniors inside the Medicare Part D "donut hole" are getting a break, averaging 50% discounts on covered drugs. More good news:  The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has announced that the cost of the average Medicare prescription drug plan premium will not rise next year, but remain in the $30 range. (The average premium in 2011 is $30.76). Thought you could use some good news!
