With the passage of health care reform legislation, seniors, working people, people with special needs and just about everyone else are wondering: What does it all mean for me? To answer that question, the federal government has introduced a new website. You identify who you are - for example, someone with disabilities, a retiree, or someone with a young family, and the site guides you to the benefts that are available to you and gives details about when those benefits will become available. There is a comprehensive section on Medicare. The site also provides search tools if you're looking for private insurance or public programs.
