The scam artists in our midst are a hungry bunch. Fast, too. They're swooping down on seniors to capitalize on the confusion over the complex new health reform law. For example, the law calls for the government to send seniors $250 on a one-time basis to help offset the gap in Medicare Part D drug coverage. Already, fraudulent ads have appeared suggesting that seniors need a "middleman" to help them secure their $250 check. Not so! Don't fall sucker to these scams. Read more here.
