It's riches to rags for Nancy Novack.
On Monday, Ben Novack Jr.'s widow had gained control of her late husband's estate. She was set to inherit millions.
By Thursday, the Broward Probate judge had overturned his ruling, requiring Nancy Novack to post a $5 million bond before she can be named personal representative. The estate is now in a court depository and cannot be accessed without court approval.
